Welcome to Coln Class!
Our class teacher is Mrs Pangbourne. We also have Ms Battersby to help us with our learning.
Coln class is our first year of primary school, also known as the reception year. We learn lots in Coln class and would love for you to see some of our fantastic learning so far this year!

PE
PE for children in Coln class takes place on Thursday and Friday afternoons. However, we may have some sessions at other times so the children need to have their PE kits in school every day. We will send the kits home to wash during the holidays.

Please check pumps and trainers regularly to ensure they are the correct size and are labelled.
During the year the children will take part in a range of activities led by class teachers and sports coaches. These may include dance, games, gymnastics and athletics.

Forest School
Coln class enjoys regular Forest School sessions throughout the year. These are usually on a Thursday afternoon. Full details are provided in a letter sent to parents and carers.
